UD’s Entrepreneurship program Jumps to 33rd in The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2023 List of Top Undergraduate Schools for Entrepreneurial Studies, 4th Regionally

For the fourth year in a row, the University of Delaware’s Horn Entrepreneurship program is one of the best in the nation, according to The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine. The joint ranking places UD at No. 33 in its 2023 list of the top 50 undergraduate schools for entrepreneurial studies and No. 4 in the Mid-Atlantic, a significant jump from 2022.

Each year, Horn Entrepreneurship recognizes entrepreneurial students through awards and scholarships totaling more than $10,000 in cash and Venture Development Center credit. Undergraduate students from all majors are invited to apply now through Monday, March 27, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.

Bryce Fender and Joel Amin for a long time have wanted to improve the world, and they were well into making their impact when they learned that changing the world involved doing the dishes, and getting dirty at times.

The pair, friends since middle school, acquired life-changing skills through Horn Entrepreneurship. With friend Demetrius M. Thorn, in 2017 they created Wilminvest, which buys and renovates houses, ultimately renting them to families in unstable housing situations while being connected to the social services they need for the duration of their stay.
