Innovative Delaware Educator Award Winners Selected

The Innovative Delaware Educator Awards celebrate the contributions of high school educators towards creating an environment for students to grow their entrepreneurial skills. Horn Entrepreneurship values the work of educational professionals, and looks to support them in creating innovative opportunities for Delaware students. Each of the awards provides a mini grant of up to $500 to be used towards an innovative project at their school. The program will officially launch on January 28 during a kickoff event at the Venture Development Center.

Summer Founders 2019 Demo Day Recap

The Summer Founders teams convened one last time on Tuesday, August 20, at the Venture Development Center for the 2019 Demo Day. The eight startup teams worked diligently all summer on their respective ventures, and each was able to showcase that hard work through their individual presentations. Along with the Summer Founders teams, the Venture Development Center was filled with potential investors, UD alumni, and other members of the Horn Entrepreneurship community.
