During Women's History Month on March 16, 27 remarkable and innovative women were inducted and honored at the WE Hatch Honor Circle celebration. WE Hatch recognizes and celebrates women who are supporting and helping each other overcome the unique challenges faced by women innovators. Nominated by their peers, employees, spouses, and friends, Honors Circle members have made a lasting impact on their network and community.
“When I first started in my career I was the only woman, so it's great now that we have an honor circle of successful women that deserve to be recognized.” shared Devona Williams, President and CEO of Goeins-Williams Associates, a 2021 Honor Circle inductee, and 2022 specialty award winner.
Family, friends, peers, members of the Horn Entrepreneurship community, and past Honor Circle inductees came together to welcome a new group of women to the Honor Circle. The night started off with a networking hour, followed by a commemoratory dinner, where more mingling and celebration of the honorees took place.
Many of these women expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to be recognized for all their hard work and success. Some grateful to be celebrated and others thankful for the chance to be a part of such a prestigious network of other professional women.
“It's nice to have this network of entrepreneurial women from different backgrounds, industries, and career paths to lean on and share experiences with,” said 2023 Honor Circle inductee Joy Hunt, a pharmaceutical sales representative at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
