Matthew Mizrachi ‘25, Entrepreneurship, and Andrew McAleer ‘25, Entrepreneurship

Shaking It Up

Problem they wish to solve: Environmentally conscious gym goers don't have a lot of options when it comes to shakers, they're all plastic and made exactly the same.

Maxwell Carey ‘26, Entrepreneurship

Ski and snowboard mountain trail scratch off map

Problem they wish to solve: It is solving the problem of people who ski and snowboard forgetting what trails and mountains they have been at.

Matthew Bilia ‘26, Business Analytics

Real Time Piece

Problem they wish to solve: Many people have the desire to own luxury watches for certain events or just to have in their collection. However, they also lack the funds to actually purchase luxury watches, so this company gives people the opportunity to rent them for a fraction of the cost.

Cara Korkus ‘26, Hospitality and Business Management

Cafe/Coffee Shop

Problem they wish to solve: I want people to have a unique space where they can go to feel relaxed. People can come in grab a cup of coffee and a snack and sit in the busy cafe or go into our quiet lounge to relax or get some work done.

Devina Patel ‘26, Finance, Financial Planning and Wealth Management, Carys Hulse ‘26, Entrepreneurship

Blindito

Problem they wish to solve: We are solving the issue of sun glare from windows without blinds, leading to overheated computers or people. Our concept would block the sun's glare but maintain the aesthetic of having natural light from the window.

Alex Berman ‘26, Mechanical Engineering

Evil Boxes

Problem they wish to solve: Many people may find that creating a personal and meaningful gift for someone can be difficult. Evil boxes make a convenient and easy way to add personality to a simple gift such as money or a gift card.

David Zamot-Byrne ‘26, University Studies

EV Swap

Problem they wish to solve: Affordable electric vehicle technology for people who cannot buy a new car. Also for people who want a new use out of an old car.

Samantha McGhee ‘25, Entrepreneurship, Fashion Merchandising and Management

Miss Boulevard

Problem they wish to solve: Customers are loyal to big fashion brands even though most companies do not physically give back to their customers who purchase their products. Therefore, Miss Boulevard is a clothing brand that works on connecting a community, that loves ready-to-wear fashion, to lifestyle and mental health while also giving back to charitable organizations.

Nicolas DiMeglio ’22, Sports Management

Much Love by Cait

Problem they wish to solve: Our brand is aimed at making a difference in underserved and underrepresented communities through the sale of streetwear clothing.

Gabrielle Holliday ‘22, Entrepreneurship

Elena G.

Problem they wish to solve: A lack of natural quality ingredients and specialization in hair products specifically for textured hair.

Victoria Tucciarone ‘23, English

Wind Therapy Gear

Problem they wish to solve: Making women's motorcycle gear more size-inclusive while empowering women who either already ride motorcycles or want to start riding.

Michael Meola ‘23, Entrepreneurship

Pick-Up Sports

Problem they wish to solve: Parents don't want their kids to be lonely and they don't want them to miss out on crucial social opportunities that they might enjoy while they're growing up. However, the information about the variety of options is scattered, biased, and not easily accessible, which causes parents to take the path of least resistance in signing their kids up for programs locally because they're the most accessible.

Derek Mihalecsko ‘24, Entrepreneurship and Marketing

Bulker Box

Problem they wish to solve: The problem that Bulker Box solves is that the process of "bulking" can be expensive and time-consuming due to buying excess groceries and having to cook extra meals.

Nathaniel George ‘23, Neuroscience and Biological Sciences

ReTeen

Problem they wish to solve: Retirement homes are struggling to get residents socially active following COVID restrictions loosening. We work to get residents interested in getting out there again, by planning events and getting retirement homes together for activities.

Nathan Bendich ‘24, Computer Science PhD

Magicke, Inc.

Problem they wish to solve: Finding the perfect stay for your vacation is difficult. There are many many small problems with places people rent, and our virtual reality tour and voice-tour software address many of them.

Cade Krueger ‘23, Exercise Science

FLO Promotions LLC - Party Entertainment Service & Event Planning

Problem they wish to solve:  The problem we are trying to solve as a business is to provide interesting and unique opportunities and activities for the students at the University of Delaware. These activities would be geared towards the enjoyment of students during their free time by creating experiences that students will be able to partake in as opposed to going to the same bars and house parties every weekend.

Jacob Zaidman ‘25, Entrepreneurship

Musicians Meetup

Problem they wish to solve: The issue of musicians at UD having no means of meeting each other and the lack of places for musicians to meet up and be able to play with one another. The school dorms do not allow the loudness that playing music would produce, and to play outside legally, you need to acquire a permit.
