After 12 weeks of building, testing, pitching, and growing, 19 student-led ventures are ready to take the stage. Horn Entrepreneurship invites you to join us for the 2025 Summer Founders Demo Day on Thursday, August 14, where this year’s cohort will showcase their startups and share the progress they’ve made in UD’s premier startup pre-accelerator. Demo Day is the culminating experience of the Summer Founders program—a highly selective, 12-week venture-building experience for students and recent graduates at the University of Delaware. Each team receives funding, mentorship, and intensive support to grow their startup full time over the summer.
This year’s 10th cohort includes 21 students and recent alumni from across three UD colleges: Arts and Sciences, the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, and Engineering. Their ventures span industries including health tech, sustainability, AI, social impact, and consumer products. Whether they’re solving challenges in elder care, creating wearable medical devices, building music communities, or reducing food waste with AI, each team is committed to creating positive change.
