For anyone who missed our introductory article on the new Horn Ambassadors, they are a group of students chosen to represent the Horn Entrepreneurship Program. These students serve as a go-between for prospective entrepreneurship students, help out at events at the Venture Development Center, and build a sense of community wherever they go.
Meet the Horn Ambassadors
Heni Patel is a freshman majoring in Computer Science.
She loves to be able to attend Horn events, meet new people, and create memories that she will be able to look back on and remember how far she has come.
Her biggest takeaway from being a Horn Ambassador is realizing the impact that she can have on the lives of others, whether it be helping out and offering advice, or just spreading a sense of community to others around the VDC.
Drew McAleer is a freshman Entrepreneurship major with an Advertising minor.
He loves the people that he gets to work with as an ambassador, and he sees it as a gift to get extra time and experience with such dedicated workers.
The biggest lesson he has taken away from Horn Ambassadors is that energy and positivity is always important, because the ambassadors can be the reason that a new student might fall in love with UD and Horn.
