On a morning in April, Nicholai Williamson, CEO of BonaFyde and University of Delaware alum, addressed a room of 500 young entrepreneurs and their chaperones from around the globe.“I want to talk to you about what it means to plant a seed. Everything we do, every action we take plants a seed, and the fruit you want tomorrow depends on the seeds that you actually planted yesterday,” said Williamson, his words resonating with the high schoolers already harvesting the seeds of leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation on their second day at the Limitless World Summit.
Held between April 23 and 24 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, the 2026 Limitless World Summit hosted by UD’s Horn Entrepreneurship welcomed students from 20 U.S. states and 13 countries to participate in a two-day convention featuring four keynote speeches from prominent business leaders, creativity and leadership workshops, challenges exercising problem solving skills and fun opportunities — from crafting, corn hole and a formal dance — to make new connections.
Students were able to attend the event through three different pathways, as competitors in the Diamond Challenge pitching ideas that address critical world challenges, as Emerging Innovators inspiring the next generation of changemakers or as Limitless World Ambassadors shaping the future through collaboration.
