Thanks to Vince DiFelice, faculty director of Venture Support, the finalists for Hen Hatch 2021, have pitched at the finals - and it was a success! The finalists this year have been from a wide range of industries, colleges, and interests. They came to display their startups at the final round of the competition on Decemebr 2, 2021
This final round featured a $50,000 prize pool, including in-kind gifts which ranged from resources, venture support to special mentorship and services. Horn Entrepreneurship is also continuing to support all teams in their startup growth. We are so proud of our finalists!

Pre-Revenue Track:
Share Wallet
Share Wallet has received a $4,800 cash prize and in-kind gifts such as Devlin Law Firm providing legal services and filing fee for one trademark or patent application. In addition, Belfint Lyons Shuman (BLS) will also provide 10 hours of accounting services! Share Wallet will also receive $2500 to support participation in third party entrepreneurship competitions.
Supremely Sweet
Supremely Sweet received a $2,300 cash prize and $2500 to support participation in third party entrepreneurship competitions.
Navigating Access
Navigating Access received a $2,900 cash prize and $2500 to support participation in third party entrepreneurship competitions. In addition, Navigating Access received the Audience Choice Award for Most Motivated startup. With this award, Navigating Access now has $1000 to spend on expenses associated with the search for a business model as a member of VentureOn.
Post-Revenue Track:
Pick-Up Sports
Pick-Up Sports received a $3,250 cash prize and $2500 to support participation in third party entrepreneurship competitions.
Up Cycle Design
Up Cycle Design received a $7,250 cash prize and 20 hours of business advisory services from Placers. Up Cycle Design also received $2500 to support participation in third party entrepreneurship competitions.
Stemmer
Stemmer received a $4,500 cash prize and 10 hrs of accounting service from BLS. Stemmer won the Audience Choice Award for Most Promising startup. This award comes with $1000 to spend on expenses associated with the search for a business model as a member of VentureOn. Lastly, Stemmer was awarded $2500 to support participation in third party entrepreneurship competitions.
