Password reset for students
(Note UD staff members are not able to reset passwords)
- Direct students to complete follow the "forgot password?" link and submit their email address registered to their account.
- A password reset email will be sent typically within a few hours. If they don't receive one, have them check spam and junk folders before reaching out for additional help.
- If still needed, direct the students to click on the "Help" text at the very bottom of the login page.
- Students select "Report a Problem".
- Fill out form & submit ticket.
