The 2022 Horn Ambassadors: Part Two

Written by John Wasdin | Apr 14, 2022 2:51:00 PM

For anyone who missed our introductory article on the new Horn Ambassadors, they are a group of students chosen to represent the Horn Entrepreneurship Program. These students serve as a go-between for prospective entrepreneurship students, help out at events at the Venture Development Center, and build a sense of community wherever they go.

Meet the Horn Ambassadors

Nicho Williamson is a freshman Entrepreneurship major.

His favorite part about being an ambassador is doing work that he truly enjoys and sees as being fun. He loves being a resource for new students, and especially enjoys helping to improve student life by making events more exciting and more informative. He feels a strong connection to the students and knows what they want because he is in a similar position with many of the same aspirations.

The greatest lesson he has learned has been to be upfront with everybody. Most dedicated people would rather hear criticism than false admiration. People can usually tell when you aren’t being real, and it does better for everyone to just be honest.

Aidan Moffa is an Entrepreneurship major, currently in his sophomore year here at UD.

His favorite part about being a Horn Ambassador is being able to show others how wonderful this community is, and being able to leave a positive mark on Horn.

He has enjoyed working with many different people and seeing how people in the same community with the same end goals can end up taking such different paths to achieve them.
