Taxi, limousine and shuttle services are available at Terminals A-East, B-C, D/E baggage claim areas. Terminal F ground transportation is accessible outside Terminal E baggage claim.

This form is required at the start of the event. We will have a full media team and the University's student network television broadcast live from the event. We need these forms to have permission to photograph and interview you. If you are 17 and younger a parent must sign the form. You should have received these forms already.
