The Innovative Delaware Educator Awards celebrate the contributions of high school educators towards creating an environment for students to grow their entrepreneurial skills. Horn Entrepreneurship values the work of educational professionals, and looks to support them in creating innovative opportunities for Delaware students. Each of the awards provides a mini grant of up to $500 to be used towards an innovative project at their school. “We created the Innovative Delaware Educator Awards to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and cultivate creativity in Delaware classrooms. That truly starts with the teachers, who in turn share it with their students. We support educators because of their vital role in preparing youth to thrive in a world of rapid change.”
The educators and their projects will be recognized at NeoFest, a celebration of what's new, on May 7 at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware.
