In 2025, she began [AI-Biz Vault Solutions](https://aibizvault.com/), an AI marketing consultancy. She builds bridges between academia, industry, and entrepreneurs, fostering inclusive innovation and mentorship. In this new chapter, she focuses on consulting and coaching, empowering women and international professionals to conquer corporate challenges and advance their careers. As director of school-based mental health services at [The Center for Child Development](https://thecenterforchilddevelopment.com/), in suburban Newark, Delaware, she mentors clinicians and builds sustainable systems of care that improve student well-being. She has worked at the center for more than 12 years and earned a bachelor of arts in criminal justice and sociology from the University of Delaware. “Her leadership has transformed how mental health is delivered in schools, creating ripple effects statewide,” wrote nominator  Catalina Natalini. Horn’s Honor Circle honors exceptional individuals who achieve remarkable success and actively elevate others through their creativity, ingenuity, and entrepreneurial excellence.
