Horn Honor Circle of Innovators inducts 6 transformational leaders

Six more people have been inducted into Horn Entrepreneurship’s Honor Circle of Innovators, which recognizes transformational leaders who shape the future through innovation and entrepreneurship in Delaware and beyond.

2025 Honor Circle Nicole McCain

Nicole McCain  is the founder of the Digital Roadmap AI Academy, where she empowers women entrepreneurs to automate and scale their businesses. In 2025, she began AI-Biz Vault Solutions, an AI marketing consultancy. Her AI-Powered One Hour Workday book will be published on Amazon in early 2026. “Nicole’s blend of corporate expertise and community advocacy creates lasting impact across industries and generations,” wrote nominator Jenesis Prioleau.

2025 Honor Circle Erin McNichol

Erin Casey McNichol blends art, entrepreneurship, and education to empower students and communities at Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, Delaware, where she has worked for almost 20 years. She pioneered Horn Entrepreneurship’s EntreX curriculum at Ursuline and in 2024 launched the 1893 IDEA Studio, connecting classroom learning with real-world innovation. “Her bold leadership and commitment to lifelong learning inspire others to take risks and lead with purpose,” wrote nominator Jamie Kleman.

2025 Honor Circle Marcie Reilly

Marcie Reilly leads ecosystem development at The Innovation Space, a lab space for entrepreneurs in suburban Wilmington, Delaware, where her strategic vision has helped science-based startups raise over $1.24 billion in funding. She builds bridges between academia, industry, and entrepreneurs, fostering inclusive innovation and mentorship. She has worked at The Innovation Space for more than four years, lately as chief growth officer. 

2025 Honor Circle Lynn Roberts

Lynn Roberts is program manager at the Pete du Pont Freedom Foundation, where she helps build inclusive infrastructure for emerging entrepreneurs. Her background in STEM and operations informs her work on the Equitable Entrepreneurial Ecosystem initiative, expanding access and opportunity across Delaware by the foundation, which promotes America’s spirit of private enterprise. “Lynn’s commitment to lifting underrepresented voices is reshaping how communities support innovation,” wrote nominator Stephanie Johnnie.

2025 Honor Circle Monica Sanchez

Monica Sanchez recently transitioned from her role as vice president of marketing strategy at JPMorgan Chase to founding The Career Sisterhood. In this new chapter, she focuses on consulting and coaching, empowering women and international professionals to conquer corporate challenges and advance their careers. She also supports local low-income students and their schools as volunteer, mentor and advocate. “This recognition is especially meaningful to me, as it validates a core belief: that true leadership is about lifting others as you climb,” she wrote on her LinkedIn page.

2025 Honor Circle Jasmine Wynn

Jasmine Wynn has expanded school-based mental health services across Delaware, especially in underserved regions. As director of school-based mental health services at The Center for Child Development, in suburban Newark, Delaware, she mentors clinicians and builds sustainable systems of care that improve student well-being. She has worked at the center for more than 12 years and earned a bachelor of arts in criminal justice and sociology from the University of Delaware. “Her leadership has transformed how mental health is delivered in schools, creating ripple effects statewide,” wrote nominator  Catalina Natalini.

Horn’s Honor Circle honors exceptional individuals who achieve remarkable success and actively elevate others through their creativity, ingenuity, and entrepreneurial excellence. Nominated by peers, colleagues, and loved ones, these honorees have made a lasting impact on their networks and communities.
