Dates and Deadlines

Dates are listed in chronological order from events/activities that take place in the beginning of the season to the end of the season. Dates and deadlines are subject to change at any time.

  • September 17:
    • Submission window opens
  • September 17:
    • Diamond Challenge Launch Session 1 (8:00am EST)
    • Diamond Challenge Launch Session 2 (5:00pm EST) 
  • October 22 at 8:00 pm EST: 
    • October Spark Session 
  • November 19 at 8:00 pm EST: 
    • November Spark Session 
  • December 10 at 8:00 pm EST: 
    • December Spark Session 
  • January 15 by 5:00 pm EST:
    • Submission deadline
  • January 21 at 8:00 pm EST: 
    • January Spark Session 
  • January 23- February 3:
    • Submission round virtual judging  
  • February 10:
    • Pitching round invitees (live and virtual) are selected. Participants are notified of pitching round decisions and receive submission round feedback from the Diamond Challenge Team via email. 
  • By February 12: 
    • Pitch Event Partners reach out to all (live) pitching round invitees informing them of pitch event details and next steps
  • February 10 - February 17 at 11:59 pm EST:
    • Pitch videos and pitch decks are due from virtual participants
  • February 10 - March 8: 
    • Pitch event window 
  • February 20 - March 2:
    • Virtual pitching round judging 
  • March 9:
    • Finalists from the Virtual track are selected. Virtual participants are notified of pitching round decisions and feedback from the Diamond Challenge Team via email.  
  • April 23-24:
    • Limitless World Summit
