Dates/times are listed in chronological order from events/activities that take place in the beginning of the season to the end of the season.

*Checkpoint meeting times will be updated after Milestone form 1 is completed.*

  • Monday, September 1:
    • Financial Assistance Application due
  • Wednesday, September 9:
    • Milestone 1 Form due at 11:59pm EST
  • Wednesday, September 16:
    • Submission Window Opens
    • Diamond Challenge Launch Session 1 (8:00am EST)
    • Diamond Challenge Launch Session 2 (5:00pm EST) 
  • Wednesday, October 21 at 8:00pm EST 
    • October Spark Session 
  • Wednesday, November 18 at 8:00pm EST 
    • November Spark Session 
  • Wednesday, December 9 at 8:00pm EST

  • Friday, December 11: 
    • Checkpoint Meeting 2
  • Friday, January 8: 
    • Milestone 2 Form due at 11:59pm EST

    • Submission round auditing

    • Submission round virtual judging

    • Checkpoint Meeting 3
  • Wednesday, February 10:
    • Pitching round invitees are selected. Pitch Event Partners and participants are notified of pitching round decisions by the Diamond Challenge Team via email. 
  • By Friday, February 12: 
    • Pitch Event Partners are expected to reach out to all pitching round invitees informing them of pitch event details and next steps using the email subject line "Diamond Challenge 2027 Pitch Event Information". 
  • Tuesday, February 16 - Sunday, March 7:
    •  Pitch event window
    • Complete Milestone Form 3 within 48 hours of hosting your pitch event
  • Tuesday, February 16 - Wednesday, February 17: 
    • Prerecorded pitching round audit
  • Friday, February 19 - Wednesday, March 3:
    • Prerecorded pitching round virtual judging 
  • Friday, March 5:
    • Checkpoint Meeting 4
  • Monday, March 9:
    • Finalists are selected. Participants are notified of pitching round decisions by the Diamond Challenge Team via email. 
  • Thursday, April 29 - Friday, April 30: 
    • Limitless World Summit (in-person in Wilmington, DE USA)
  • Friday, May 14: 
    • End of Year Meeting 
    • End Of Year Report due at 11:59pm EST
