The upcoming Horn Entrepreneurship Out of This World Pitch Party will be held at 132 E. Delaware Ave. from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. Any undergraduate student is allowed to pitch and any student, faculty or staff may attend. The event is free, although registration is required to pitch or attend. Spots are limited to pitch and spectate, and are filled on a first come, first served basis.

This year’s University of Delaware Horn Entrepreneurship spring pitch competition, Out of This World Pitch Party, will be held at the Venture Development Center from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. Hen Hatch, the premier startup funding competition of the University of Delaware, is open to the entire UD community, including faculty, staff and alumni. The only thing applications require is an idea, and all applicants, accepted or not, receive feedback and tips along the way to help them grow and improve.

Hen Hatch, University of Delaware Horn Entrepreneurship’s premier startup funding competition, returns in spring 2019 to provide students, alumni, faculty and staff an excellent funding opportunity as well as the chance to get in-depth feedback from seasoned entrepreneurs and investors. Outside of being a fantastic platform to pitch your ideas, Hen Hatch provides the amazing chance to explore ideas and passions more fully, something that everyone in the UD community can take advantage of, win, lose or draw!

The University of Delaware Horn Entrepreneurship hosted the Under the Sea Pitch Party Wednesday, Oct. 24 in the Venture Development Center.

The University of Delaware Horn Entrepreneurship has announced the winner of the 2018 Siegfried Award for Entrepreneurial Leadership: global entrepreneur, visionary, speaker and author, Dave LaRue.

Horn Entrepreneurship successfully hosted the inaugural Tech Innovation Showcase on Thursday, Oct. 4. at the Perkins Student Center. The University of Delaware community was able to get a first-hand look at exciting new commercializing tech from the featured science and tech startup exhibitors.
